SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are excited that you choose to shop with VAIN. We ship from Houston, Tx via USPS or UPS. All orders are processed 7 days a week and shipped Monday- Friday. We do NOT ship the same day you order. Any order placed with Vain Thread Lines will ship the next business day after order is placed. If you need rush shipping, please call the store to speak to an online sale associate before you place your online order. We do NOT offer shipping on the weekends and holidays. Any orders placed during that time will ship the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Vain Thread Lines provides tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipping confirmation we provide to you via email. We will NOT be held responsible for packages that show “DELIVERED”. If you require a signature for your packages, please call the store before you place your order and speak to an online sales associate.

HOUSTON, TX LOCAL PICKUP

If you are local and saw something that you know will sale out fast, this is the option for you! You have the pleasure of ordering online and picking it up in store (Exchange policy still apply) during our normal business hours. Please select Local Pick as your package delivery method.
